Time: Mondays 8pm - 9pm (approx)
Cost: £7.50 per class (the more you come, the more you will gain greater benefit and understanding of Awareness Through Movement. If you have been having Functional Integration lessons, this is an ideal and cheap add-on that will consolidate the effects of your individual work.)

BATCH OF 4 LESSONS               £35 each    (Total £140)

• as a follow up to an initial consultation

This is recommended for those who wish to experience the full benefit of Functional Integration®
NB: this rate also applies if booking a second batch of lessons

• For those who have had a previous course of FI® lessons, or who do not wish to take a full course

I can also load my Feldenkrais table into my car and come to you if this is more convenient for you. For this I would need a room large enough to take the table (2m x 0.75m/6' x 2'8" approx) and space for me to move around it.
